Raffle
This years raffle will be held on August 23rd at our annual steak feed. Tickets are $10 each or 3 for $20. You do not need to be present to win. Raffle tickets have been mailed out to each club member and are also available at the clubhouse. Raffle items this year are:

Hours seem more like minutes when you're sitting in a stand as comfortable as this one. The padded seat with Flex- Core Seat Cushion Technology has a layer of soft foam that cushions and supports. There are no metal bars to impede comfort. The seat measures 20"W x 14"D and has a ample-sized 20"W x 11"T backrest. Padded shooting rail flips down for rifle hunting, or up and out of the way for bowhunting. The 18"W x 13"D foot platform has a built-in footrest that flips back for full platform use. Steak Feed
Our annual steak feed will be held on August 23rd. Door open at 4pm. This event is open to the public. $10 for adults and $6 for kids 14 & under. $12/$8 respectively at the door. Tickets are available at the club or contact @ 575-0789. Club members have steak feed tickets included in your membership this year. 1 ticket for individual memberships and 2 tickets for family memberships. In order to use your free ticket you must RSVP to Pam Vandersanden by August 11th. If you have not reserved your free ticket by then, you will be paying full price.
Hunter Safety Class
The Oregon Sportsman's Club frequently hosts a variety of classes sponsored by the Wisconsin DNR. Listed below is our next class.

3D Tournament
Improve your shooting ability -- and hence your hunting ability -- and just come and have fun!. The next 3D Tournament of this year will be Saturday, September 13 and Sunday, September 14. Hunter Leaugue
This fun league is a combination of archery and trap shooting with archery targets indoors from 10 feet to 60 feet and trap targets "wobble style" from up close to tough angles. This league begins in early September and lasts for 6 weeks of which you only need 4 scores. Shooting is done on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday nights during open trap shooting times. For more information contact at 835-5791 (days) or 835-3114 (at clubhouse). League will begin the week of September 8th. Cost is $30.
Sporting Clays
No more shoots this year. Thanks to all who came out and shot with us! Scores from all of this years shoots can be seen here. Hope to see you in 2009!
Work Credit Opportunity
Are you a OSC member that needs to get in some work credits? Here is your chance! We are always looking for help with events. If you would would like to volunteer to work at an event, please contact an activity director to discuss. It is a great way to get to know other club members and fellow sportsmen. A couple of events we always enjoy extra help are the Sporting Clays and Archery 3D tournaments. Please contact John Below at 835-7540 for Archery 3D and (608) 835-0245 for Sporting Clays.
Board Meetings
Keep up with what is going on at the club! Members are encouraged to attend board meetings and give their input (meetings are held 2nd Wednesday of each month). Log into the forums and read the latest board meeting minutes.
