Oregon Sportsman’s Club and Access Ability Wisconsin™ once again join forces to improve Accessibility.

In conjunction with OSC’s Sporting Clay Events, AAW will be raising funds for a second All-Terrain Wheelchair (ATWC) by selling raffle tickets for: one Benelli Super Black Eagle II camo ($1,899 List); one Ruger SR1911 5” Stainless Handgun ($859 List).

The first 2015 Sporting Clay Event and AAW Fund Raiser will be Saturday, May 9. Go to: https://oregonsportsmans.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/OSC_2015_Clays.pdf for details. Subsequent dates will be Saturday’s June 13, July 11 and August 8 at which the drawing for the firearms will be held. You don’t have present to win.

Here is a chance to come out with friends and family to shoot sporting clays while supporting the All-Terrain Wheelchair cause and the Oregon Sportsman’s Club.

In June, 2014, OSC hosted a special Sporting Clay Shoot Fund Raising Event for Dane County’s first All-Terrain Wheelchair. At that event Dustin Palenshus using an ATWC shot sporting clays for the first time; something he would not have been able to do using his regular wheelchair. Fast-forward to April 28, 2015. Dustin, using the first ATWC purchased and stored at OSC, harvested his very first turkey. Congratulations to Dustin on a great hunt!

And congratulations to the OSC, Dane County Pheasants Forever, WI-DNR, AAW and all the volunteers and contributors who helped make the purchase of this first chair possible.

With your help, we’ll get that second ATWC so others with physical mobility challenges are able to get out and enjoy our Wisconsin outdoors whether it be to hunt, fish, or simply get outside with friends and family. AAW is a non-profit 501(c)(3) initiative of Pheasants Forever. Donated funds stay local. AAW provides all-terrain wheelchairs (ATWC) fee free to the mobility challenged.
